It’s the ecstatic expression of your unique energy that can lead you to spiritual awakenings, mental clarity, physical embodiment and emotional regulation. We will set sacred space with ceremony and then be guided to dance blindfolded.

The unique use of the blindfold opens us to the inner Trance State of Being. There is nobody to perform for, nobody to impress. We dance from our CENTER, the seat of our power. As we let go of trying to be perfect and begin to move our energy in our own unique way, we are healing our relationship with ourselves, with our physical bodies, and with Spirit.
