For this month we are harnessing the potent energy of the Fall Equinox and Full Moon to let go of all of the density that is holding us back! This calls for a little extra special attention and connection. We invite you to:

We will offer refreshments and time to reflect. Don't be afraid to dance! We will be blindfolded to journey within and release the fear of being seen. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal and your willingness to begin anew!
