Join us on the longest night of the year for a deeply restorative sound bath honoring the Winter Solstice. This sacred pause marks a turning point—where darkness reaches its peak and the light begins its slow return. Across cultures, the solstice is a time of release, renewal, and planting intentions for the cycle ahead.

Immersed in the frequencies of therapeutic sound, you’ll be guided into a state of deep reflection and rest where the body can reset and the mind can soften and open. . As we honor the ancient symbolism of rebirth and inner illumination, this session invites you to let go of the past season and create space for new possibilities to emerge.
